On my last week’s question: Is there a standard to judge the Open Educational Resource, David Wiley gave me a very sure answer: No. the faculty decide what can be put in the Open Source. I was really surprised. Why? He didn’t unveil more details. What should be put or not be put is totally decided by faculty. No one will give the standard. So, does mean it is temporally or there will be the standard in the future. Or this is the difference between the western education system and oriental style. I don’t know.
