Radiohead to tour next year
Radiohead are to play live dates next year, beginning in May, their management has revealed.
Speaking to Billboard, Radiohead's manager Bryce Edge revealed that the band plan to begin touring in May and then play live intermittently until the end of 2008.
We plan to tour next year," he said. "Starting in May through to probably the end of the year, with lots of holidays in that period.
At the moment we are talking with our agents in North America and for the rest of the world, trying to get a schedule which works for the band and works financially."
Edge went on to reveal that Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke isn't overly keen on the prospect of the tour.
He likes to do shows, but the whole business of schlepping round the world is not top of his favourite things to do," he said. "It's the process of how to do that which is the pain in the neck. They're not road dogs. They never have been."
