I am really disappointed for unable to remove to another room which can provide me a better living condition.
My application of moving to another room was refused by my landlady. In fact, the result was what I could predict. Looking back, I found my weekend was ruined.
It was too hot, but for having a better future, we still went out to find a room, to be frank, it’s really difficult to find a suitable one. A telephone number brought our attention, and we determine to have a try, the receiver was a man, he asked us to wait for him in a named place. We did it with hope and angst. Of course, he was a talkative man, tried his best to persuade us to prepay him

25 would surely be returned back if we were not satisfied with the room, but if we determine to live there, the whole money would be for his effort. Although the value was not large, we still couldn’t trust him, and decided to find it by ourselves.
Luckily, we had two choices, but they were on the 6th and 5th floor respectively which I was not quite satisfied. One landlady was a woman at 60 years old, we require her to lower the price, she offered me

Undoubtedly, because of her kindness, we promised to move there in the afternoon. Being lack of money, she wrote down our telephone numbers and promised to wait for us.
We were happy, but angry calling the recent landlady, she told us to pay her one month rent charge owing to not giving her a notice in an advance of one month. Until then, we found all our energy was wasted.
Thinking that kind old lady, we were really regret, to make thing worse, we couldn’t call her to express our apologies but wait for her call.
You can imagine how disappointed and angry she was listening to our words, we believe it’s useless to explain what had happened and she surely would thought we cheated her.
Maybe the best thing we can do to live up to her kindness is calling her next month with a hope of renting her room.
