今年暑假可真忙，因为二期课改，所以要全员培训。我参加过好多的培训，但是感觉都很无趣，基本学不到什么东西，要么是纯粹的应试背题库比如网络中级，要么就是学些枯燥乏味的理论，基本都是一无所获。这次我参加了教育学院的双语教师培训，要培训200个小时，暑假里就要培训三周，所以我不得不把辰辰送回无锡爷爷奶奶住一段时间，辰辰虽然比较适应但是第一个晚上他凌晨三点就起来了，问着：“妈妈，什么时候来。”其实，我也很牵挂他。
这次的双语培训，老师是外教，到今天虽然才第三天，但是我觉得是我参加过的所有培训中收获最大的一次，非常值得把这个有意义的学习过程记录下来。
第一天（8月7日）：
总体感觉：第一次接触Jeseph杰瑟夫中文名司马光老师、第一次参与全英语的环境，不大适应，老师的语速也真够快的，已经出大学校门6年了，很多常用的词汇也忘了。大概能听懂老师60-70%左右的英语。
教学内容：
1.singing a song
2.vocabulary( directions,go ahead,straight,through,and how to get to someplace and so on)
3.excersize(see the map and tell your partner how can she get to your house)
4.introduce myself to my partner
5.what friend are you looking for? what kind of partner do you like?
personality,for example(faithful,sociable,intelligence,moody, stingy,easygoing,modest,independent,responsible,and so on)
6.excersize(paintig your spouse's face and describe somebody's personality form the painting)
第二天（8月8日）
总体感觉：今天的课程是有关职业、面试、解雇等，练习的内容比较有趣，课堂气氛很活跃，参与性很强，休息时间我们也还继续讨论着，我也开始慢慢适应老师的教学风格了。

总体感觉：今天是学习check in和 Could you do me a favor?还有persuading。老师教了一些登机常用的单词后我们就玩角色扮演游戏，包括登机时的各种手续和在飞机上遇到恐怖分子时的场景扮演。向人求助也挺好玩的，老师让我们各自写一些很夸张的求助，然后去向不同的人求助。劝说也是采用角色扮演，劝说小组的其他人采纳自己的意见。内容虽然比较多，但是很有趣，而且今天老师的课上的意思基本能听懂了，他也教我们一些美国的俚语，拓宽了我们的知识面。而且我也敢于说、敢于和同伴们交流了。
教学内容：
